創立於民國50年，為國內最大之彈簧專業製造廠，也是國內同時擁有冷間及熱間製造設備以及具備這兩種生產技術的廠商之一，與日本三菱製鋼技術合作長達近二十年，隨時掌握最新彈簧設計之脈動，提供客戶最佳的需求。

Cheng Shing Spring Enterprise Co. Ltd. was first established in 1961, and is the largest professional spring manufacturer. Not only it is the only spring manufacturer with both cold and heat treatment facilities and the manufacturing techniques, but also being a strategic joint-ventured partnership with Japan Mitsubishi Steel Corporation for almost 20 years, continuously updated with most model spring design and latest knowledge of production necessaries to provide solution meeting customer satisfaction across the wide industrial segments. For the last 40 years, Cheng Shing Spring serve and obtain trust from its over a thousand customers from leading industries included Automotive, Motorcycle, Bicycle, Furniture, and other customers from other general industries across the domestic market. In the future, Cheng Shing Spring will extend its business internationally, and keep a sprit of innovation for making life better.

Company history

民國50年西元1961 ↓	．設廠彰化市，成立全興五金工廠產銷自行車零件．Tsuang Hine Metals Factory established in Changhua City to make direst- sale bicycle parts.
民國54年西元1965 ↓	．產銷機車用彈簧．Began manufacturing and selling motorcycle springs.
民國58年西元1969 ↓	．正式命名成興彈簧企業有限公司．Company name changed to Cheng Shing Spring Enterprise CO.,LTD.
民國62年西元1973 ↓	．花壇工廠第一期工程完工，正式遷廠啟用．First-stage construction of HUA TAN factory completed, and formal opening ceremonies mark the start of production.
民國67年西元1978 ↓	．增設汽車懸吊彈簧生產設備．Auto suspension spring production equipment added. ．日本中央發條株式會社蒞廠指導．Chuho Spring CO.,LTD. (JAPAN)provides technical instruction. ．量產福特六和汽車公司雅士、跑天下轎車懸吊彈簧．Began supplying FORD suspension springs.
民國69年西元1980 ↓	．量產HONDA CIVIC汽車平衡桿．Began supplying CIVIC torsion levers to San Yang Industry CO.,LTD.(Honda)
民國72年西元1983 ↓	．量產RENAULT汽車懸吊彈簧．Began supplying suspension parts for San Fu automobiles.(Renauit)
民國73年西元1984 ↓	．量產MITSUBISHI汽車汽門彈簧．Began valves spring for China Motor Corporation.(Mitsubishi)
民國74年西元1985 ↓	．連續三年榮獲福特六和汽車品質保證制度評審（Ａ）級．Retained FORD "A" quality rating.
民國77年西元1988 ↓	．與日本三菱製鋼株式會社技術合作．Began technology exchange with Mitsubishi Steel CO.,LTD. (JAPAN).
民國78年西元1989 ↓	．榮獲福特六和汽車績優廠商表揚．Won Ford Lio Ho excellent manufacturer award. ．通過工業技術研究院核發Ｍ.Ｃ.Ｓ.資格證書．Qualified for industrial Technology research institute M.C.S.
民國79年西元1990 ↓	．二度榮獲福特六和汽車公司續優廠商表揚．Won 2nd Ford Lio Ho excellent manufacturer award.
民國80年西元1991 ↓	．與日本三菱製鋼株式會社續約．Continued cooperation with Mitsubishi Steel CO,.LTD. (JAPAN).
民國81年西元1992 ↓	．榮獲福特六和汽車Ｑ1品質獎．won "Q1" Quality award from Ford Lio Ho. ．成立泰成興彈簧股份有限公司．Set up Thai Cheng Shing Spring CO.,LTD. In Thailand.

民國83年西元1994 ↓	．VW-T4汽車平衡桿量產．Began supplying stabilizer for VW-T4

民國86年西元1997 ↓	．通過ISO-9002國際品質保證制度認證評審．ISO-9002 certificated. ．P.T.GSK印尼廠合資設廠．Set up joint venture P.T.GSK LTD. in indonesia ．SUBARU汽車平衡桿及行李箱量產．Began supplying stabilizer & spring balance for Subaru
民國87年西元1998 ↓	．通過QS-9000國際品質保證制度認證評審．QS-9000 certificated.
